Goondiwindi State High School has a staff of approximately 50 highly‐skilled professional teachers.
The Leadership and Management Team oversees the delivery of academic programs in the school, ably supported by:

- Ancillary Staff
To support the Principal there are two Deputy Principals, a Business Manager and 7 Heads of Department. We also have a dedicated support staff group consisting of a Guidance Officer, Youth Support Coordinator, Indigenous Teacher Aide, School Chaplain, School Nurse, Special Education Teacher and Support Teacher Literacy & Numeracy, as well as The Clontarf Program.
Our 30 non‐teaching staff play a critical role in the organisation and operation of the school within specific duty areas. The group comprises our Business Manager who supervises our Administrative Staff, Scientific Assistant, IT Technicians, Agricultural Assistant, Teacher Aides, School Officer ‐ Grounds, School Officer – Facilities, and cleaning staff.
