The following items have been endorsed as the school's uniform. Other items are not to be worn.

Formal uniform

Long Trousers: ink navy dress trousers with black or navy socks
Shorts: tailored, knee length, ink navy shorts with white socks
School Shirt: white button‐up formal shirt (short or long‐sleeved)
School Tie: maroon and navy school tie
Shoes: black leather school shoes
Belt: plain navy or black belt (with no added studs, motifs or decorations)
Girls
Skirt: navy (knee length) ‐ two inverted pleats back and front
School Shirt: white short‐sleeved overblouse
School Tie: maroon and navy school tie
Socks: long or short white socks OR
Stockings: navy, black or skin coloured
Shoes: black leather school shoes
Long Trousers: ink navy dress trousers with black or navy socks
SCHOOL BLAZERS: for special occasions and School Directors and Captains at Formal Parade (available in Principal’s office}.
Day uniform boys and girls
Shorts: plain navy
Polo Shirt: GSHS sport shirt (maroon, white & navy)
Shoes: sports shoes (joggers) (well‐structured with substantial support)
Hats
All students are expected to wear a school hat or cap for all outdoor activities.
Winter uniform
Sweatshirt: Plain Navy (may have a hood attached)
Tracksuit: Plain navy trackpants and jacket
School Tracksuit: maroon, white & navy spray jacket with school logo and matching
trackpants, navy school hoodie
Workplace
Health & Safety
Safety requirements mean only leather shoes with impervious uppers are to be worn in
science labs, art room and the kitchen. Long sleeve shirts & pants and Steel cap shoes must
be worn for all Agricultural Practices and Engineering Skills.
Students may not wear open footwear of any kind.
Other
NO representative or extra‐curricular excursion apparel is to be worn.
